DMMS Cross Country

DMMS Cross Country will begin on the first day of school (Tuesday, August 12, 2025). Practice will be from 3:30 to 5:00pm.

Cross Country is open to all 6th, 7th, & 8th graders. This is an open sport and does not have tryouts. All participating students must be in good academic and behavioral standing.

To participate, a completed VHSL physical must be turned in to the DMMS Athletic Director.
